Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TutorBek (the “Service”), an online learning tool that guides you through problems one step at a time. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

TutorBek is operated by VocaFlow, a sole proprietorship based in Uzbekistan (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at abdukhalilov.dev@gmail.com.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 13, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live). If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. What TutorBek is — and is not

TutorBek is a study aid that uses artificial intelligence to teach concepts and check your work. It can make mistakes. Explanations, hints, and answers may be incomplete or incorrect, and should not be relied upon as professional, academic, financial, legal, or other expert advice. You are responsible for verifying anything important and for complying with your school’s or institution’s academic-integrity rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any rule of an exam, course, or institution;
  • upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that is harmful, abusive, or infringing;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its providers;
  • resell or share your account, or use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, including attempts to bypass usage limits.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and the daily limit

TutorBek offers a free plan with a daily limit on the number of “climbs,” and a paid Pro plan with a higher daily limit, billed monthly. Payments and subscriptions are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltdand its affiliates (“Paddle”). When you subscribe, your purchase is made through Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply.

Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change, and we will give reasonable notice before a change affects you.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the problems, photos, and text you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, sending it to our AI providers to generate a response. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve any grade or outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
